XtremeData’s design strikes an optimal balance between ease of use and maximum performance. Our differentiated vector based SQL approach allows our software to be deployed on any node while optimally supporting any number of cores: Simple MPP to large SMP are both support equally. The result is a shared-nothing, massively parallel database engine that delivers best in class performance and scales modularly, offering “Performance at All Scales” from terabytes to petabytes. The XtremeData software is designed to be efficiently scalable from 1 to over 1024 Data Nodes.  This allows true ad hoc query access to over 10 petabytes of user data.
